PLEASE SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION AND MAIL A CHEQUE (dated February 15) for review /acceptance by The Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs. You will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of your application by February 15. Refunds will not be made after February 22.

Or email to jhart@manitobachiefs.com with vendor application in the subject line and etransfer the application fee upon acceptance to jhart@manitobachiefs.com

Vendor Registration fee includes 1 6' foldable table, coffee/tea, lunch and access to wifi. Extension cords, lighting and additional tables are available on-site for purchase from the Winnipeg Convention Centre.
