The Chiefs of Ontario cannot guarantee that all food allergies will be accommodated or that no cross contamination has taken place in the special preparation of an allergy-free alternate meal. I hereby give permission for images of myself and/or my child, captured during the Annual Chiefs Assembly and Regional Chief Election through video, photo, and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of Chiefs of Ontario promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

Refund Policy

Conference registration fees are not refundable. Refund fees may apply. Requests for refunds of conference registrations must be emailed to meetingsupport@coo.org. Registered delegates who do not attend the conference and have not cancelled will not be refunded. For more information on refund limitations, please contact meetingsupport@coo.org, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Pet Policy

The Chiefs of Ontario will not be responsible for any fees associated with pets accompanying event participants, except for those pertaining to registered service animals.
